    De funcionamiento va perfecto, el teclado va de lujo y el trackpad y la pantalla van muy bien. Como punto malo podria decir que el chasis tiene dentadas, arañazos y marcas de pegatinas, algo que no cuadra mucho con la descripcion de estado “correcto”

    Recibí el portatil con problemas en teclas y conectividad. Tras enviarlo a reparae, a los 6 meses me falló la pantalla (problema de la ram) y me quedé sin ordenador. El servicio de Back Market ha sido muy amable, pero el resultado no ha sido, ni de lejos, el esperado.

    Muy mala calidad tanto por fuera como por dentro el pedido no es como me esperaba las teclas iban mal ponías una M y salía una coma ponias una A salia una Q no pude ni iniciar sesion. Luego muchas marcas de desgastes y golpes fuertes. Estoy intentando reclamar mi dinero y no me está siendo fácil. Muy descontento la verdad, espero que se solucione pronto y seguiré confiando en la página
