This laptop may be in good condition aesthetically but other than that it's terrible! It wasn't factory reset and still had previous owners details. It also does t work properly. It's got so many technical issues it's clear this product is NOT refurbished, let one professionally refurbished. I've been trying for the last hour to organise a return and refund but even that isn't made easy. I had a previous successful purchase from back market but this time was a flop and disappointment. Once manage to return this laptop, I will re-order and give it another go. But back market really need to make the return process and contacting staff that can help, easier.
