The MacBook pro works, but the battery doesn't hold up at all. Very disappointing autonomy, a battery that melts like snow in the sun. Product not as described. The computer was supposed to be like new, it arrived turned on, not cleaned, traces of food and dirt on the screen and keyboard, shell scratched in multiple places. It was supposed to be an AZERTY keyboard, but the keyboard had been remapped... I'm not sure how many checkpoints I've seen on the site. I have to say that I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of the service I have received. Backmarket's customer service department took charge and did what was necessary. The product was just as I expected, very happy with Backmarket! I was very pleased with the product. I had to drive 20km AR because the driver who called me & on my mobile, & on my landline, did not answer. No word from him, and yet I picked up the phone because I suspected it was the driver! Unfortunately this is not the first time Chronopost has done this. In the end I spent money because he didn't do his job. The device was first delivered to a private home 15km from my home. The parcel was left in front of his door, he called me 2 days later to inform me. The delivery man had specified that the receipt had been signed by myself! The delivery company waited and finally told me that the parcel had been delivered to a relay point (nonsense) and that if I couldn't find it there I should contact the sender! Black market had offered to refund me at the beginning not finding my package. The device looks good when I open it, but I discover that the charge does not hold and that it remains permanently at 1%. So the device is unusable outside the mains. I have to send my device back hoping that the dealer has the same model and still wait several days to work on it.
