Excellent laptop, no scratches, and a working battery (bought without any extra services). One small note: the laptop hadn't been serviced.

Very smooth transaction. Amazing system, great price and the MacBook Pro was even better than expected. Like new really! No marks, keyboard is brand new, charger and cable brand new! Simply great. I miss the original box, but that is fine in light of how great the item is.

Look like a brand new laptop ! For now, no issue, working perfectly so well, we'll see in a few months. But for now I'm very happy with my purchase !

Love the product. Better than expected. Perfect condition. Only issue it arrived four days late. I really love the idea of reusing everything we can. It’s so much faster than my old IMac. Highly recommended for people on a low budget. You can get a great hi-end Mac for a quarter of the price of a new one, with a years guarantee. I am seventy years old, love Mac’s, but I will never buy a new one again as long as I have access to products of this quality.

I am having difficulties with the screen going off in the middle of watching something and the trackpad lagging, and now with logging on to your site, which is refusing to recognise my password, which I had saved. I have no other way of contacting you other than giving you a review of how I am feeling after trying to find a way to ask you how to fix the issues for the last hour. If there is a way of fixing these issues please let me know, or I will need a refund. Thanks
