    Buenas tardes, Me enviaron un Macbook comprado con garantía y seguro aparte y tuve problemas con el funcionamiento de éste. Se apagaba solo, el cargador funcionaba a veces, hasta que dejo de encenderse. Seguí todos los pasos indicados por BackMarket antes de solicitar algún tipo de devolución o cambio, pero aun así el portátil no respondía. Procedí a pedir el recambio o arreglo a través de la plataforma, y por circunstancias personales de urgencia no pude estar concentrada en éste problema, ya que tenía una situación de importancia y mucha emergencia a gestionar. Aún así, dado el difícil contacto con BackMarket y/o el proveedor (Okamac) decidí pedir (vía chat en la plataforma) cambiar el estado de devolución/cambio a reembolso completo del pedido. Como no respondían acudí directamente a Apple para que me asesoraran ya que no quería hacer algo sin ser experta (no entiendo tanto de ordenadores) para ver si se podía solucionar dada la urgencia que tenia para poder trabajar con el portátil, y ahorrarme la inseguridad de enviar algo que ya esta pagado con la desconfianza que me había dado ya esta compra. Allí me atendieron, hicieron un informe externo del estado del Macbook y me confir...
