Motherboard burnt out after only 1? years of use (not very intensive). I wonder about the checks that are carried out during reconditioning... even if not everything is detectable...

Pitiful, I bought a refurbished computer in "very good condition". It arrived in advance in an unprotected cardboard box. The computer is functional with a few defects in appearance and two impacts on the screen but nothing serious since it is a refurbished. A little less than a month later the computer's screen doesn't turn on properly, I contact customer service who ask me for a photo and exclude the warranty without even seeing the computer. I still asked them for a return, but it took a long time. Once the computer had been sent back, it took them over a month to send it to me again, even though their website shows a maximum of 5 working days. Once again, the computer came back unprotected, with the seal around the screen damaged, the charger Hs and the PC not repaired because they didn't want to use the warranty. I complain again and they tell me that the device was not protected because they exclude the warranty. No settlement, no compensation, just 5% on their website. What a way to spend €600 in a vacuum. I've sent them photos and I've also got videos but their only reply is "thank you for your message".
