Great service. I've ordered regular DHL delivery and it has been sent with an express. I received a Macbook within 3 days. Mac is in excellent condition visually and performance-wise as advertised. However, keys w and x work quite hard and had to be pressed quite strongly to get them working. Overall, great. I would highly recommend BackMarket.

What can I say, I actually bought it in "good" condition and thought, well, you can put up with a few minor flaws. But when I unpacked the MacBook I was more than pleasantly surprised, it could have come from the Apple Store. The only thing I could see was a little mini scratch on the underside. But otherwise a real bargain in terms of quality. Big praise to the seller from France. I always have a bit of a problem with the keyboard setting in German, but now everything has worked out. Thanks again to Backmarket who offer such great devices. Keep it up!!!

Excellent value for money. MacBook arrived perfect it doesn't have the potential to handle 4K video files but full HD is a marvel. Exceptional for handling photos and videos.

I recently purchased this wonderful Macbook Pro Retina 15-inch from mid-2016 and wanted to give my full experience/review. Condition: 5/5 When the computer arrived, I was pleased to see that it was in good physical condition. The exterior showed only minor signs of wear, with a few small scratches on the case, but nothing major. The screen was clear and free of dead pixels, and the keyboard and trackpad were in working order. Performance: 5/5 Despite being a second-hand purchase, the computer runs like a dream. It’s fast and responsive, with no noticeable lag when opening applications or switching between tabs. I was surprised by how well it handled multitasking and more demanding tasks like video editing and gaming (for its specs). The processor and RAM were still performing at peak capacity, and I haven’t had any issues with performance. Battery Life: 5/5 The battery life is as described and when unplugged from the charger the battery lasts for a while before needing to be charged up Software & Updates: 5/5 The computer came with the operating system pre-installed, and it was up to date. Everything runs smoothly on the computer with no problems at all Value for Money: 5/5 Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. For the price I paid, this computer offers excellent value. It works just as well as a new model in terms of performance, and I didn’t break the bank. I’d recommend buying second-hand from trusted sellers as long as you know what you're getting, as this purchase proved to be a smart move for me. Final Verdict: 5/5 A solid piece of technology which I received with solid specs as well with great value for money and reliable options to pay including KLARNA which was used to make this purchase.
