My MacBook arrived with a dodgy battery and only works if plugged in. The minute the charger comes out it dies. The return process is convoluted, and is the same for goods that arrive with problems, as a result I still haven’t got round to returning the thing. There is no way to escalate or speak to a human that I’ve found

The macbook i ordered was rated ‘excellent’ and came with scratches and stains on it. It also came not resetted to factory settings, i had to do that myself which took 5 hours. However, I got in contact with the customer service team and I have to say they were brilliant, fast response, friendly and very helpful.
