Bon rapport qualité/prix (RAS) Il est limite neuf pour un "très bon état" je suis super satisfaite. Livré bien emballé avec une petite gourmandise qui fait plaisir et des instructions claires pour la configuration du clavier. Je recommande!

L'appareil acheté en très bon état affiche un défaut majeur avec des lignes de pixels qui s'affiche à l'écran. Le vendeur nous affirme après diagnostic réalisé sur simples photos et capture d'écran que le problème est dû a un choc. Ce qui n'est absolument pas le cas, confirmé par une expertise indépendante (appareil en main), il s'agit d'un problème connu chez apple, mais ils ne veulent rien savoir. SAV zéro.

Très déçue de cette commande. Après 2 mois d'utilisation des lignes verticales sont apparues sur mon écran. Mais le vendeur refuse de le réparer car c'est hors garantie....bref une belle arnaque. J'avais également commandé un téléphone via backmarket qui lui aussi ne fonctionnait pas bien. 2 expériences négatives au final. Beaucoup de perte de temps à devoir tout de desinstaller puis réinstaller...je déconseille de passer par eux. Je me tournerai désormais sur du neuf...plus sûr.
