I did not contact the seller but this did not ship with a functioning power adapter as advertised . It was the incorrect PSU , and it used the incorrect cable ( usb c and nor magsafe - this device does not have a USB C Port at all )

Very happy with my order, it arrived within 2 days of purchase and the MacBook is in great condition. It is working perfectly and shows little signs of wear. Only issue is the middle volume button isn't working on the keyboard which is a bit annoying but only a minor inconvenience. Overall would definitely recommend BackMarket for purchasing high quality refurbished products. Customer service is also very good and you receive regular emails with updates on your purchase. Such a great price too considering how much they are to buy full price. Also comes with charger lead and two adaptor heads and is well packaged. Would highly recommend!!

La livraison a été plus rapide que prévue. A réception du MacBook Pro mid-2015, j'ai constaté que l'appareil était vraiment en parfait état comme je l'avais commandé. Je n'avais pas pris l'option " batterie neuve", et j'ai donc été agréablement surpris de voir que l'état de la batterie était de 95%, avec seulement 18 cycles ! Seul petit bémol, le chargeur livré n'était pas le bon, mais après un signalement au service après-vente le problème a été rapidement réglé. C'est mon deuxième achat chez Backmarket après un Iphone 15 plus : je suis très satisfait !

Faithful to MBPs, this one dating from 2015 meets my expectations. So much for the obsolete thunderbolt ports. Some slowness when double-clicking the trackpad, consult iFixit for troubleshooting this model. Note that the previous MBP model 2012, bought refurbished on BackMarket, accompanied me (almost... defective internal hard drive cover) without any problem until 2026. Great!

The MacBook (ordered 'fair') is way better than I expected! There are no scratches worth mentioning. It also arrived well-packaged. The display and surface were nice and clean, buttons and touchpad are working so far. The battery seems good so far as well. I'm super happy with the purchase and would definitely order again!

It arrived perfect, packed beautifully. The notebook works great and without a charger I use it for at least 2 ½ hours before the percentage drops below 40%. For the time being I have updated the software from version 10 to version 12. I had some problems with the account which at first no longer recognised my password but that has been resolved for now. I hope it lasts because the case is perfect, no scratches and above all the screen looks new.
