I have switched from the classic PC to the Mac, I am definitely having some difficulties, I am just starting to understand how the Mac works. The thing that's driving me crazy at the moment is the fact that it won't update to the latest software version released by Apple, in fact some applications can't be downloaded. The first product ordered did not correspond to the condition described on the website, a return for exchange was made. The after sales service was fast, efficient and friendly, and an exchange was made. The second product works very well, even if there are slight marks on the screen.
