Macbook super condition nothing to say, but where it comes from bof bof, Middle East countries.... I am satisfied with the product but a little less so with the "after-sales service". When I received the computer, it had to be switched to azerty because it was qwerty. That's not the only problem, as it's easy to change. The problem was that it didn't want to be updated. The IOS version it had was not the current version. I tried to contact your services but to no avail. I then contacted Apple Support for help. It's a shame though; even for reconditioning I was expecting a bit more. Faced with all this, a small commercial gesture on your part would have been much appreciated. It took me several hours to get to the bottom of this problem. 1. Compared to other MacBook Air 13' (2015-2017) that I've worked with (in its time), I find that this one has an SSD that I find a little slow - access time (but this is necessarily subjective... nevertheless...) 2. Fast delivery. Impeccable. The MacBook is brand new (just a tiny, insignificant scratch on the back of the screen), it works very well without any bugs and it's quite fast. It's a shame that the battery drains a little faster than its initial level of autonomy, but otherwise everything's fine.
