i got this macbook in “good” condition and this is beyond good that is amazing God will continue to bless you with these refurbished products as i’ve always wanted this laptop but just never had enough to get it so when i finally did i bought it from you guys. the battery is amazing there is little to no scratches infact nothing on the macbook its so good and i pray it continues to work as well as it does now!

I bought the lowest grade of reconditioned MacBook and anticipated it looking like it had done a few rounds with Tyson Fury. Granted, it had one tiny, tiny dint on the case, but it's virtually immaculate. I am very pleased indeed.

honestly, I felt really iffy about buying a refurbished laptop but surprisingly, I'm more than happy with my purchase!! this MacBooks around 1000 and I got it for less than 400 with insurance, so yeah id defo recommend! I ordered a good condition MacBook but there aren't any scratches. the battery goes a bit quicker than expected but its still worth it for the price.

Absolutely delighted with this purchase of MacBook Air 13.3-inch (2017) - Core i5 - 8GB. Item was described as 'very good' but taking it out of the box, it looked like new and hard to believe it was a 2017 model. I was initially very wary of buying a second hand electronic device but I will definitely check out BackMarket for any future items and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Super fast delivery. Great condition. Unit had some residue of stickers on, which quickly cleaned off. Powers up and works superbly. Seems a little slow when streaming with a couple of apps going. But it is a little older and only 8 gb ram. Very happy with my first ever MacBook. But will try to buy another newer one, if I cannot afford to. Good service. Recommended.

Tried to feed back about this via help centre as instructed but no appropriate settings to do so. The item itself is great and as expected. However, it hadn't been reset so we were receiving all the personal messages to and from the previous owner. First MacBook for us so took some days to try and work out how to remove the owner's phone/email and unlink their phone. Also had personal files on there. As buyer (and seller) I would expect the products to be wiped before being sold on. In the wrong hands this could've been very bad for the previous owner.
