This is my very first Mac and I was so excited to receive it. However, I had a big scare when I started it up: the installed keyboard is an American keyboard reassembled key by key to give the illusion that it's a European keyboard. As a result, the startup was difficult, and it was the Apple team that sorted everything out. They were great. For such an investment, I didn't expect that. This is my second purchase from Backmarket (the first purchase was an iPad = nothing to report) and this time, I was a bit disappointed. I'm currently following the today@Apple training sessions and everything seems okay. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the future.

The after-sales service was very responsive, but the product doesn't suit me because it's a Belgian AZERTY keyboard, not a French one. This wasn't mentioned in the description, and it's very difficult for me to get used to. Furthermore, I discovered at the same time that there's no VAT applicable to refurbished products.
