I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and the speed of delivery! The order arrived very quickly, and the laptop was packaged extremely securely. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail. The package even included a power plug adapter for the Irish/UK socket, even though the laptop was shipped from France. And I also found a small pack of Haribo sweets inside the box — such a lovely and thoughtful touch! The laptop itself is in excellent condition. It works perfectly, very fast, and there are no scratches, dents, or marks at all. It looks and feels like new. Thank you for such great service and for taking care of your customers. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!
