I was very pleased with the condition of the equipment. There's only one visible mark on the top, otherwise it's immaculate. The only reason I didn't choose an incredible one is because they don't make photos of the equipment available on their website. Not even when asked by email or in conversation. Your email service seems almost AI. The parcel didn't arrive either, it took twice as many working days as stated on the website. It said it would be delivered on 7 March, but it only arrived on 12 March. I was also expecting the device to come with the original box and contents that were included when the previous owner bought it. But overall I was very pleased with the good deal I got. I recommend it!
