Mac mini () Apple M4 Pro 4.5 GHz - 2 TB SSD - 32GB

It came “as new”, fantastic condition and very quick delivery. This is the third time I’ve purchased pre-owned tech and honestly, I don’t think I’d buy new again. BackMarket are great.

As of today, one week after arrival, I can say that I have purchased a reconditioned machine in excellent functional and aesthetic condition. All things being equal, should I ever look for a refurbished machine again, I will always look first to the back market, Excellent experience

Amazing service by Back Market, really smooth from ordering to receiving my mac. Even better that it arrived way earlier than mentioned. The mac is running well too, will recommend and use BM again

So far, everything's working fine. The only downside is that some things don't work, but this isn't linked to the reconditioning but to the switch from PC to Mac (I've discovered that my ntfs hard drive isn't Mac compatible...). Bonus: record delivery. I bought it on Sunday evening and it was at the delivery point on Tuesday - well done!

Great condition for the mac mini m4. no traces of use. about 23 hours of usage came up on the analysis, which is extremely decent running cycles. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is that the charging cable was not original and it did not come with a box. I understand that is was and Excellent state not Premium, at least the charging cable, that is part of the safety of the device should have been original. The box is always nice to have. Also I read that some other customers got the genuine Apple cable, so the lack of consistency also does not help. Apart from that shipping speed was average. Packaging was good with mechanical shock and water leak protection.

It arrived before the expected date, it's in excellent condition, exactly as described... no complaints at all. Excellent work by the backmarket team and everyone involved, because it was a very good opportunity.
