The order process for the iPad and Logitech keyboard went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the iPad does not fit into the keyboard, although the iPad and keyboard are identical to my old devices. There are deviations of 1/10 of a millimetre in the iPad holder. This means that the device cannot be locked into place. A detailed description with photos sent to the "CRM team", the only available email address, was returned with the note that it was not designed for customer enquiries. I was told to go to the help section of my user account. In this area, I was navigated via pre-formulated answer options, which unfortunately did not offer a solution to my problem. My conclusion: Service is catastrophic.
