Let's start on a positive note: purchase and delivery were uncomplicated and very fast. Almost too fast, which is great! Externally, the device looks very good. But: The laptop itself (bought at Back Market from the dealer High End Laptops) was simply in a cardboard box, without protection and the charging cable was very careless, all very loose. Didn't look like good transport to me. Everything was in Dutch when I started it up. Changing the language resulted in everything being displayed in a mixture of English, German and Dutch. Clicked through several forums online to find a solution in the end. Now comes the biggest disappointment: there seems to be something wrong with the fan or the laptop in general, as it simply heats up so much and is so loud (approx. 60 decibels, measured with a mobile phone) when starting up and using the browser, for example, that it is impossible to sit in front of it and relax. There were also no audio drivers installed or available, so sound could not be played - here again a long search on the Internet on my part, now the speakers work. All in all, I still don't feel comfortable with the device, I've been using it for about 3 hours now. You can also hear strange individual noises from inside the laptop every now and then when it is working. I will give it another day or two. If the problems persist, I will make use of my right of return. It's a shame, but hopefully I'll find another model on the website. Kind regards
