It's for my daughter, who arrives tomorrow after a year of Erasmus and who needs a new one. Well, this looks new, they are hard and spectacular. She will try it tomorrow, but from my experience, they are much better than a new one for 800 €. Another daughter has the same one bought in December 2024, and spectacular.

However, there have been occasions when bad, dirty or defective devices have been delivered. It all depends on the company that sells the device. I think there are big differences here. However, it has never been a problem to arrange a return or to get the money refunded. BackMarket takes care of this perfectly. 👍 That's why I continue to shop here.

Die Kommunikation und Bestellstatus waren sehr freundlich und qualitativ sehr gut. Die Ware war super verpackt. Die Lieferung erfolgte in einem angemessenen Zeitraum. Das Gerät ist in einem top Zustand. Die erste Inbetriebnahme verlief reibungslos. Zur Qualität des Akkus kann noch keine Aussage getroffen werden. Wir sind absolut zufrieden und bereuen nicht ein generalüberholtes Gerät gekauft zu haben. Im Gegenteil wir unterstützen gern Nachhaltigkeit.

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und das Notebook war gut verpackt, jedoch ohne Originalverpackung und damit auch ohne jede Anleitung. Anleitung im Internet gefunden und alles eingerichtet, läuft gut und ist in einen fast neuwertigen Zustand. Lenovo ist kein Vergleich zu den Apple Produkten, aber als Windows Rechner überraschend gut mit netten Details wie einem Stift und einem Einschub für eine SIM-Karte. Als Zweitgerät mit Windows ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und daher zu empfehlen.
