Well chuffed. Arrived ahead of quoted date. Well packaged. The laptop was in excellent condition. Could be confused for new. Installed Ubuntu and everything (touch screen, screen orientation, stylus) all worked out of the box. Very impressed.

The device is in as promised condition, with barely any cosmetic signs of use. Everything from the ports to the touchscreen worked as expected. The only thing you notice that this is not a new device is the battery, which is 77% full of its original charge, but this is to be expected from a used device. Good device and fast delivery.

It does have scratches, tiny ones but even excellent condition states it might have micro scratches. Works properly, no issues so far. Would recommend these guys. Thank you for making my first refurbished purchase this awesome!

Hello, this was the first time I bought a second-hand laptop. It is intended for mobile office applications. I am very satisfied. The device is light, quiet and the battery lasts long enough. The optical condition is also good. If you use the touchscreen with a stylus, you realise that it's not up to date. But it's good enough. If we have to make another purchase, I will look you up. I do not have enough distance to give a definitive opinion but following the purchase of a lenvo thinkpad X390 yoga core I7 1.8 SDD 512 GO 8GO in very good condition, the LOKAZ seller sent me the right model, physically in perfect condition with a few micro scratches almost invisible, its performance is quite good not to say excellent to see after a month of use, the reconditioning was done intelligently even if I have little knowledge in the matter, the technician was not obliged to recondition it so well but he did. In conclusion, the LOKAZ technician who touched my computer was great.

I wasn’t expecting loads due to it being in fair condition, everything was perfect but there was one issue. The battery would only last 2 hours and it refused to charge above 75 meaning I had to buy a new battery however it is a steal for money at this price
