Expectations definitely exceeded: item arrived in excellent condition, with adequate packaging and according to the deadline. The only note to make is that the keyboard was not mounted properly, so - following Lenovo's tutorial - I had to put it back in place myself (the little teeth were not perfectly aligned, so part of the trackpad was also sticking out). Otherwise TOP purchase. Highly recommended!

It's in worse condition than we'd hoped. 8GB of memory instead of the 16GB advertised, and a faulty keyboard. The refurbisher confirmed that it could not be repaired. I would like to highlight the very good follow-up work done by the BackMarket platform, which is fast and efficient. I've already bought on this platform with success. So thank you...

Advertised as 16GB, the 8GB model arrived, which is also soldered, making the backmarket upgrade offer meaningless. A dead pixel, which in my opinion disqualifies a product as being in excellent condition, although certainly in all other respects it is. On the other hand the product works for me and even with those issues it wasn't bad value for money. If the advert had been transparent about this it would have taken my 5★, a pity.

The computer works well but the cosmetic condition is catastrophic! I think you should buy excellent condition, and avoid good condition! The rest is fine!
