    Livraison OK Aspect-usure : bon état. Et non pas très bon état comme indiqué ci-contre ni en excellent état comme mentionné à la commande. Batterie en très bon état et de longue durée. Ordinateur fonctionne très bien. Une fois cependant un (petit) bug : allumage de l'ordi impossible. Mon expérience m'a permis de le résoudre: débrancher du secteur, retirer la batterie, appuyer sur le bouton de mise sous tension pendant quelques secondes, puis remise de la batterie, et enfin allumage OK. Mais qu'aurait fait la grande majorité des utilisateurs face à ce problème ?

    Ce n'est pas ma première commande chez backmarket. La première était tout à fait satisfaisante, par contre celle là ne me donne pas envie de recommander ici. "Pc en bon état" qui arrive sale.. bon à la limite c'est un reconditionné okay. Par contre l'écran qui ne marche pas, c'est non. Des fois il s'allume et d'un coup l'écran s'éteint, ou il ne s'allume pas du tout. Je ne commanderai plus sur backmarket.

    Nous avons commander ce PC portable qui fonctionnait plutot bien. Après 1 an et 1 mois, il s'est arrêté subitement, la garantie étant dépassé de 1 mois, il n'y a plus rien à faire. Nous sommes très décu de la qualité de ce produit, même si c'est du reconditionné, on peut quand même imaginer que la durée de vie du produit exède les 1 an...
