The hardware is excellent. It would merit five stars. It’s described as ‘good’ but I haven’t found a single scratch or mark on it. The order process was very disappointing - the order status showed as ‘preparing’ for the better part of a week up until the due date for delivery. I then chased it up, I got no update from customer services apart from an acknowledgment, and then suddenly the pc was dispatched. It arrived and looked like it had been packed in a hurry. OK, the product is as shown, with German qwertz keys. The touch screen and stylus, also with the 360° screen.
