Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga G4 14-inch (2019) - Core i7 - Gen 8 (U) - 16GB - SSD 2 TB QWERTZ - German

I have to say, everything went really well. I returned my order without any problems - not because anything was broken, but because the performance didn't fulfil my expectations, which is completely normal for a used laptop. Everything was as described Packaging was also very good. All in all, my experience with Back Market was very positive.

Device in condition as specified (housing with signs of use), but clean and without damage. Device runs perfectly, no defects, super securely packaged for shipping. Somewhat weak power supply, but I still had one from an old device. Battery performance not quite as expected, but okay.

I received a link from Back Market from my nephew. From ordering to delivery, everything was great. The device (Lenovo ThinkPad) is in very, very good condition for three years. Technically flawless. I would order from Back Market again and again.

it goes very well it gets very hot sometimes and the battery doesn't last very long and sometimes it's hard to turn on, but otherwise it's fine.

The hardware is excellent. It would merit five stars. It’s described as ‘good’ but I haven’t found a single scratch or mark on it. The order process was very disappointing - the order status showed as ‘preparing’ for the better part of a week up until the due date for delivery. I then chased it up, I got no update from customer services apart from an acknowledgment, and then suddenly the pc was dispatched. It arrived and looked like it had been packed in a hurry. I got no explanation for the delay.

Just like brand new but a fraction of the cost- never buying electronics from anywhere else- why would you?

OK, the product is as shown, with German qwertz keys. The touch screen and stylus, also with the 360° screen. I would have liked to order it in better condition (I bought in good condition) and still the scratches are minimal, they are more signs of use on the outside and on the usb inputs. obviously it is not like new but it is not excessively used. It has an i7 and 16gb ram as stated. The battery I think lasts a little less than I expected but it would be.
