This is really the problem with BackMarket... you have to systematically check the reviews because some retailers take advantage of and really harm the attractive choice of opting for refurbished products. And from experience, even if they are in the minority, negative reviews never happen by chance. Make sure you take them into account! I bought a Lenovo X1 Yoga in "Perfect condition". Surprise on arrival... In fact, a black adhesive roughly covers the casing, which is not even a neat job (visible air bubbles and cuts on the edge as well with places where the adhesive is badly positioned and sticks. The worst are the keys... The keyboard is covered in adhesive, with the characters stuck on the keys. Here too it's poorly done, in places the adhesive extends beyond the keys and of course the adhesive makes the backlighting inoperative! Stupid when it's given as an argument in the description of the computer. In short, I really don't recommend this refurbisher. It's a French company, but it's low cost and no doubt makes a lot of money. Don't go there.
