I have always had good experiences with Backmarket so far. Unfortunately, this time it's different. I bought an older used convertible that the seller obviously had to install wn 11 on. However, the device is not designed for this and has corresponding failures. Backmarket is on it, but it's annoying because I only realised this when I was setting it up and haven't really been able to use the device yet.
