the equipment is in perfect condition, super quiet, operating system working and no scratches or marks of use striking. i do not give 5 stars because the battery does not last long although it enters the normal with almost 500 charge cycles, super fast shipping before the scheduled date, comes with a gift case and a mouse cable

the experience was very positive. The seller shipped it very quickly, it arrived within a few days. The equipment is fully functional, with no permanent marks, although it needed an additional cleaning upon receipt. As a bonus, it came with a new laptop backpack and a wired mouse, which was a nice touch. The operating system installed was Windows 10 clean, with all updates applied, although I upgraded to Windows 11 with no problems. ⚙️ The SSD is at 94% health, and the battery, although 6 years old now, is still at 66% capacity, enough for about 4-5 hours of use. All in all, a good buy and good performance for its age.

Great device for the price. A little tedious to set up, but it would have been the same with any other device. Next up is a mobile phone - I'll be back.😊

the pc works ABSOLUTELY well, it looks like new! the battery lasts really long, and it doesn't even have a scratch on it. i had previous experience with large sales sites, but nothing like this. fantastic!

The device is spectacular but it did arrive a day late, other than the later delivery, there are no problems whatsoever with the device. 🙂

The product is very good and the value for money is excellent. When I see the social and environmental impact of the electronics industry, I'm glad I bought second-hand. On my computer, the keyboard is AZERTY as requested, but these are stickers, which was not specified at the time of purchase. Also, the < > key is missing. The packaging was very good, and the parcel arrived safely.
