1/5Gut: rasche und unkomplizierte Rückerstattung. Schlecht: miserabler Zustand des Gehäuses ("sehr gut" bestellt, maximal "gut" erhalten). Dass die Tastatur schlicht auf ein deutsches Layout umlackiert ist, wird nirgends angegeben. Der Laptop war schwerer als die offiziellen und auf diversen Seiten getesteten Angaben und das Gehäuse sah nicht wie das eines Lenovo thinkpad t490s aus (andere Form, dicker, anderes Material).
