Lenovo ThinkPad T480 14-inch (2017) - Core i5 - Gen 8 (U) - 8GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTY - English

I ordered a Thinkpad T480 from Back market in November 2025. The tracked delivery took around one week but well worth the wait. I ordered the laptop as an excellent condition model with 16 GB memory and 256 GB ssd storage. The laptop is flawless with no signs of any wear and tear and everything working well and specs matching what was ordered. I am very impressed with the service from Back market and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a refurbished laptop.

So far so good. Bought the week of Holy Week so it is very recent. But amazing experience so far. I hope it keeps going like this hehe.

I've been using this ThinkPad T480 for two days now and I'm completely satisfied. The device is in perfect condition, light and responsive, which makes working really enjoyable. The battery holds a charge very well, even under intensive use. So far, it's met all my expectations - an excellent choice for professional or everyday use.

A very mixed experience. The first computer I received was non-functional: the screen would go blank for no reason and had to be returned. The replacement arrived quickly and works correctly, which is a positive point. On the other hand, this second computer was sold in "excellent condition" even though one of the batteries was reported as faulty on receipt by Lenovo Vantage, with the message that it should be replaced as soon as possible. However, the refurbishment note indicated that the battery had been checked. If I hadn't checked the Lenovo software, this fault would have gone unnoticed. This raises serious questions about the real quality of the check carried out. I contacted customer service, who refused to send a simple replacement battery and only offered to return the whole computer. After a complaint, a commercial gesture of €49 was finally granted and accepted, which is appreciable and will make it possible to finance the replacement of the battery. Despite this, it remains difficult to understand how a computer sold in excellent condition can be delivered with a battery reported as faulty on receipt. In the end, I'm keeping the computer because it works well and meets my needs. On the other hand, for a refurbished computer sold in excellent condition, I expected much more rigorous quality control.

Compact, strong, clean, runs great on Linux Mint (I kicked Wind*** when it arrived!). Thanks to the reseller for his work (perfect condition and great packaging), And don't forget the website, which is fluid and clear, and the ever-smiling delivery lady!

It looks great. Like new, clean and with Windows 11 pro installed. The IT guy at my company checked it and found it to be excellent. Only a few days later a lining they put on the casing came off, but I removed it and it only has a few small scratches, nothing that you can't do in two months of use. I won't buy new devices again.
