The laptop is 1A quality and very fast, but unfortunately something is wrong with the w-lan settings. I don't see the wifi networks, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, it's annoying! Who can help me?

The device looks as expected (very good). Delivery was also very fast and the service is also very good. Unfortunately, after a few days I noticed that the jack connector on the device was blocked. Something seems to have broken off in there. I could only get half of the connection of my headphones in. After a few specific steps, I was able to unblock the jack connector myself and didn't have to send the device in. Furthermore, there is a pixel error + scratch on the right edge of the screen. I didn't expect this because the error is clearly visible even at a distance of 20 cm. It's a shame that no one has checked this connection/error. For the device, money and marketing, I would have expected that. But on the whole, I am very satisfied with the device. I was able to repair the jack myself and the pixel error is not noticeable when working with the device.
