The computer was in perfect condition on the outside. The keyboard was not Spanish but another layout with stickers (I ended up changing it) and the external battery had a capacity of less than 50%, I also changed it. So I am not happy with the product in general.

Everything is perfect .

The charger is slightly damaged at the charging port.

The condition on the outside is perfect, the computer works without problem, if I had to put a but it is that the sound and image are not very good. Overall happy with the purchase, we will continue to test it. Thank you

Hello, I have posted this issue elsewhere, but I am including it here as well. You sent it to me through Info-Computer. The thing is that I have problems connecting to the INTERNET. I have installed ALL the product drivers and it is impossible to connect. I have run the Lenovo Diagnostics program and it detects "WIRELESS CARD NOT AVAILABLE". As well as the diagnostics from the official Lenovo website for that model and Windows 10, it does NOT detect Wireless LAN card. With the Speccy program it doesn't detect it either. In the BIOS I have entered and it is all "Enabled" in I/O Port Access, etc. I can only connect via Ethernet cable. I ask: Have I been sold a laptop WITHOUT a wireless card?
