I've been using it for about two weeks now and so far so good, the PC is responsive, clean, light (I thought it was the huge Thinkpad I had at work before but no! it's as light as my Macbook Air so I was pleasantly surprised). I use it mainly for dashboarding (PowerBi), database querying and programming, and everything works perfectly. However, the PC wasn't completely clean inside, I found some software that I don't think Windows installs by default and the indicator light on the CAPSLOCK key doesn't work. Otherwise a great product for only 260 euros

A little disappointed by the performance of the device. Not BackMarket's fault but since I got it I've already had crashes on... Libre Office (yes yes) and also LoL's "little" TFT game which caused the integrated graphics card driver to restart "due to a problem". Which surprised me a bit. Well, for what I use it for, otherwise it's fine! But it's not reassuring for the lifespan when it starts like this.

I have placed a total of 2 orders with BackMarket. And I'm absolutely satisfied, whether it's for the delivery time, the quality of the product or the after-sales service. I intend to place an order in the future if I need anything.

This is the first time I have ordered from back market. The shipment was very fast and arrived ahead of schedule. Everything went well until chronopost took over the delivery ... The tracking link was not updated by the carrier, the place of arrival was not correct on their site, no message from the deliveryman who did not even bother to ring when I was present and dropped the package at a neighbour. In short, I started a complaint with Back Market because I didn't know where the parcel had arrived, and then my neighbour rang the bell... In conclusion Back Market no worries, chronopost still as bad.
