Lenovo ThinkPad T470 14-inch Core i5-7300U - SSD 256 GB - 8GB QWERTZ - German

Pc arrived, seemed intact, but the keyboard was broken.... One key was broken (the 'A' key) and some keys like the (W-E-R-U) and many others didn't work, it was really a hardware problem. I don't understand how it's possible to ship a product that doesn't work and has such problems... ABSURD

I am not sure if I will buy a used device again. The battery always dies after a short time, and that's with 2 batteries in this device. That makes me pretty angry.

We were sceptical at first. But this is actually the fastest laptop we have ever had. After 2 weeks we can say that it was worth it. Battery seems as good as new and otherwise the thing looks like new 😊

The product is very good and the delivery was very fast. The purchase was very uncomplicated. Everything gladly again. I am very satisfied!

Unfortunately, the battery was no longer usable after 6 months. Before that, the screen had already frozen twice, but no fault was reportedly found during the repair. Condition was stated as "excellent".

The battery performance of the device is absolutely unacceptable. After a full charge, the battery is empty after half an hour.
