Impeccable laptop. A great purchase and a great surprise. Totally recommended and I'll be back for sure.

The product I bought did not work as expected. It was sent for repair and within a day it was no longer working. I asked for a refund even though the 30 days had passed and there was no problem. Very communicative and everything was fine. The refund was made by Backmarket, not by the seller, so very satisfied.

The customer service has been very good. The laptop is in very good condition and with the features I ordered, I am really satisfied. I hope it continues to work like this for a long time. So far I've only been testing it for a few hours and it's running smoothly.

I bought the laptop on Monday 23 hrs; on Wednesday at 10 am I had it at home. We have tested it and so far it looks very good; it turns on very fast and reacts quite well to the use we give it. Let's see how it is in a couple of months :) so far very good experience and the laptop is impeccable; in fact it's brand new!

Fast shipping, that's the only good thing. The keyboard didn't fit properly, blue screens every 2 min. After updating drivers half of them were solved, but it seems to have problems in the memory. Before sending a product they should test if there are any problems.

Great, super fast and impeccable condition. I would repeat the order.
