I was recommended Back market by a friend, I needed a laptop but didn't want to pay new prices, spotted what i needed and the whole process from start to finish was excellent, the laptop is working great, i would certainly use them again....many thanks.

Bought for my son to do his schooling and needless to say, I'm a little jealous! P51 packing some power, it's a wonder why windows 11 isn't compatible with the processor (it is and running perfectly! *wink* *wink*) For a refurbished laptop in "fair" condition... I thought it brand new if it weren't for barely noticing the slight wear marks on the shell perimeter. Absolutely impeccable condition and fully functional. BackMarket service amazing, I have already purchased another device, also perfect. I am very likely to buy again!

The appliance I received was exactly what I ordered. No scratches, no damage to the device. Despite this, the battery seems a little light on durability (max 3h in eco mode) but I don't mind, I'm prepared to make the effort rather than buy new. Windows 10 was pre-installed on the machine, but it's a shame I don't have the label with the product activation key... that could have been useful.

I had to send the PC back because the 1st PC only had half the hard drive capacity I expected. The 2nd PC received is impeccable even if the battery is a little weak in autonomy (normal for refurbished, it dates from 2019). Seller very responsive in case of worries, extremely fast for delivery and product very well packaged. 👍

A few cosmetic flaws that I wasn't expecting for something "almost new"; but honestly, I don't mind too much; the product works properly and arrived quickly.

So far, so good! Fast delivery (1 day before the expected date), looks great (a few marks on the back of the screen (I'm really just saying that! 😅 ), works perfectly. This is the 5th time I've ordered from back market and so far I've never been disappointed!

well the device is in good health but I paid the configuration for in very good condition and the battery is worn out by 25 percent, the identification by fingerprint and facial security does not work then it screams a lot every time I launch a heavy application
