Lenovo ThinkPad P50 15-inch Core i7-6820HQ - SSD 512 GB - 32GB AZERTY - French

I ordered the Lenovo P50 from Back Market, delivery was fast and I received the computer very well packaged, with no risk for transport. The computer is in very good condition, with traces of wear and tear, but this does not in any way prevent it from being used. After switching it on, a computer problem occurred (independent of the physical condition of the machine). I was quickly put in touch with the distribution/repair company. They offered me several solutions, including sending me a new PC, with compensation in the form of an upgrade to the computer I had ordered. After returning the first computer (free of charge), I received the new computer a few days later, in very good cosmetic condition and perfectly functional! All exchanges were closely monitored by Back Market and the distributor. I highly recommend refurbished purchases, Back Market is a reliable and trustworthy shop, which obviously surrounds itself with partners who are just as professional. :) Victor

Very happy with the 32GB RAM. The On/Off button is a little hard to use. Big downside: the battery doesn't last long when used off the mains: 1 to 2 hours max. Overall, very good value for money!

Item received in perfect condition, like new, and delivered earlier than expected. It works perfectly, apart from the occasional slowdown which is due to Windows. It's a fairly heavy computer (3kg) but it seems very sturdy. Despite the announced specifications, the one I received had a total of 8 cores, so 4 more. I will have to wait and see in the long term but for the moment, after almost three weeks, I am very happy with the product and the service from Back Market.

After two and a half months of daily use, everything's going well. It's mainly used for the Internet and Netflix, so it's not used intensively, but there's absolutely nothing to complain about!

Very good experience with BackMarket. Nothing to complain about, it was perfect. My new Lenovo PC is in very good condition. One problem arises quite quickly with use: the touchpad is so worn in the centre that there is a difference in sensitivity, which results in stray clicks. It's very annoying and I'm surprised that it hasn't attracted the attention of refurbishers.

Very fast computer, plus it was supplied with 48 GB of Ram (32 GB announced). The (optional) lower TouchPad keys are not functional, but that's not a problem, as the traditional keys work perfectly. An indication at start-up states that the charger is inferior (in power, in W) to the original one, despite the 135W, which doesn't hinder use or fast charging. In conclusion, this is an excellent configuration/price ratio.

Excellent product in almost new condition. Very efficient computer for image and video processing, capable of viewing 5k format without clipping. I recommend this product and Backmarket
