There are some keys that don't work very well, such as the left click. The bottom 2/3 of the screen has turned pink. The computer freezes from time to time with the paf button no longer working. It then has to be restarted. How do I return it so that it can be repaired?

non-existent or out of order. The device was delivered with a WiFi dongle that takes up one of the two USB ports, leaving only one usable USB port and no Bluetooth. The keyboard isn't originally QWERTY either, but rather stickers over the QWERTY keys. It's pretty well done, but it should have been mentioned in the advert for the sake of honesty. I'm still waiting for my replacement, 11 days after my request.
