One remark, when cleaning the computer with a product dedicated to this use, j a kind of paint it is remove all over the surface as if it had been painted . The computer was clean, working well except that I ordered a touchscreen and it was not. I sent it back and I'm waiting for Blackmarket's answer if they exchange it for a touchscreen or if they refund me.

Very disappointed lots of wear and tears look like someone used it very rough. There is battery issues don't last long. Not satisfied with the product. I am regular buyer and bought lots of phones. Just had few bad experiences with them but mostly the phones are in great condition.
