Very disappointing. Laptop was in extremely poor condition with a very badly marked screen which had a hole in making it virtually unusable. It was filthy, even though the condition was supposed to be “good”. I made a complaint via the online chat & was immediately questioned about the laptop having provided photos & screenshot of the system settings. apparently the one I had received from the seller didn’t match what I had ordered and I had to explain why! .Not my problem, it’s yours. After chatting about the laptop condition, I was offered a discount of £45 if I kept it, completely missing the point that the screen was in such poor condition it was virtually unusable so I declined their offer. I duly returned the item & was refunded a few days after but if I’m completely honest I found the whole process exhausting when trying to resolve the issue on its actual condition& then being questioned on its validity. Needless to say I’ve bought from somewhere else. I’ve used back market to buy & sell my mobile previously and my hubby also bought his laptop so I felt confident with my purchase but after this experience I’m doubtful I will use them again. My advice is check what you’re buying and the description, take pics unboxing it & when it’s switched on ensure it’s all correct & in working order as per the description BEFORE doing anything personal with it.
