Light keypad and sound keypad do not work the ampersand dose not work on the correct key. It was supplied with a European plug and no adapter for Irish use. Just as I said no control over the backlight and no control over the sound when using the laptop speakers. The ampersand will only work on the forward slash key

It's simple and great as expected.

Exceeded my expectations, the laptop is in perfect condition, like new.

It works correctly and everything as described, I bought it in correct condition and has visible marks of having been used but it is not a problem, however the only flaw I have found is that the screen when it is black you get to see a couple of pixels that are not so dark, only happens with the black, all the rest work correctly.

I was very surprised by the condition, like new. It even smelled like new. Everything is in great condition and the price is great. Even had win 10 on it although it said no operating system. full marks and highly recommended. Thank you

Excellent cosmetic condition and working order (including battery), impeccable system image, administrator account, delivered quickly with its charger and well packaged. And of course, the price was very good compared to new. Excellent!

I use it as a second business asset and as an IT Manager this reconditioned solution is good! It is also in good condition!
