Light keypad and sound keypad do not work the ampersand dose not work on the correct key. It was supplied with a European plug and no adapter for Irish use. Just as I said no control over the backlight and no control over the sound when using the laptop speakers. The ampersand will only work on the forward slash key

It's simple and great as expected.

Back Market quickly informed me that the model I was about to order was no longer available, contrary to what was advertised on the website, and that the seller was offering, for the same price, a slightly better model in equally good condition. It was dispatched very quickly. The computer is in perfect working order and has the ideal configuration; it’s ideal for the purpose I intend to use it for (as a backup computer).

I searched a bit before finding out how to connect the device to wifi as the wifi was disconnected. But the problem was solved by using the ethernet cable. It would be a good idea to clarify this (for the uninitiated like me).

Exceeded my expectations, the laptop is in perfect condition, like new.

I was very surprised by the condition, like new. It even smelled like new. Everything is in great condition and the price is great. Even had win 10 on it although it said no operating system. full marks and highly recommended. Thank you

Excellent cosmetic condition and working order (including battery), impeccable system image, administrator account, delivered quickly with its charger and well packaged. And of course, the price was very good compared to new. Excellent!
