Very bad. Only after ordering did it become clear that the laptop would be sent from France. The windows installation was in French, while the keyboard was QWERTY English. As a result, you couldn't even key in a wifi password, because the buttons on the keyboard corresponded to different letters than the ones on it, only you can't see that with a password. So first I had to find an external keyboard to plug in, then change the language settings to Dutch, then the keyboard settings to English, and meanwhile the touchpad turned out not to work. This is definitely not a refurbished laptop but a laptop with a defect that someone handed in to Cash Converters and which Cash Converters is cleverly trying to get rid of. Meanwhile, Back Market is poorly accessible. You cannot call them or chat with them and have to wait and see if they indeed respond to your message within 24 hours. Nothing yet, after 18 hours.... Really very annoying for so much money. I would NEVER buy here!!!!
