I thought I'd try a second-hand one - and I was disappointed! Firstly, the notebook I ordered does not correspond to the product description - it has neither an Ethernet connection nor a numeric keypad, although this was explicitly listed in the technical specifications and was the deciding factor in my purchase. Secondly, the notebook runs incredibly slowly as soon as it is switched on for the first time - every click is delayed by 10 seconds or the computer hangs up immediately. Mind you, in absolute idle mode, without any programme running in the background. In other words: The thing is rubbish, right from the start. Thirdly: No customer service by phone - only unhelpful online pages that don't help me in the event of a complaint. Conclusion: Never again. What a pity.
