A encomenda chegou muito rápidamente, o artigo vinha bem embalado e, pelo que pude avaliar até ao momento, em boas condições (apenas com algumas marcas na parte inferior - nada de grave nem visível). O único problema foi que o artigo devia trazer, incorporado, num compartimento do equipamento, um stylus, para escrita no ecrãn, mas não o trazia. A equipa BackMarket foi excelente e tentou resolver a situação junto do vendedor. Lamentávelmente o vendedor não completou o equipamento com o acessório em falta, alegando não ter o acessório, apesar de este estar bem representado na foto do equipamento que o publicitava na página. Mais uma vez a equipa do BackMarket ofereceu-me uma solução, mostrando-se à altura das circunstâncias. Em resumo, apesar do profissionalismo na expedição do equipamento e de este vir em boas condições gerais, não estava completo, o vendedor não apresentou solução para a situação e, a realidade é que fiquei com o equipamento, mas sem uma parte que o distinguia de outros produtos semelhantes e me interessou, para começar. Una autentica vergüenza. En este modelo de serie y formando parte de la carcasa del equipo incluye el lápiz de la pantalla táctil. En mi caso no vino con el Chromebook. Además me mandaron el cable de carga incorrecto. En cuanto al cable me dicen que me mandaran el correcto pero el lápiz me comunican que es un accesorio y no esta incluido. Les explico que el equipo trae de serie el lápiz, es mas, no se puede comprar sin el, no se comercializa sin el lápiz, por lo que no es un accesorio. Por otra parte el lápiz forma parte de la carcasa del Chromebook con lo que la carcasa presenta un precioso agujero inútil. Pero lejos de comprobar lo que indico en backmarket me insisten en que los accesorios se venden aparte. Cual es la razón de pagar el pack de confianza.
