Klarstein HZD2-Dr.Watson-XL-GR Cellulite massagers

Super nice, very large heating blanket (XL size)! A bit too big for my taste, as I often use it sitting at my desk, it's a bit bulky. But it's great for snuggling up in front of a film! Once the blanket was plugged in, the heat was quickly felt. The 3 levels of adjustment are great! The electrical cord isn't very long (2.30 m) but it's still long enough, even if, like me, the nearest electrical socket isn't very close.

I used the blanket once and the control is flashing and the blanket no longer heats. How do I go about returning it or exchanging it?

Good product. Perfect size for large beds.
