Pour le clavier : très mauvaise gestion par DPD: délais longs sans explication ; ne sont pas venus livrer et ont deposer au relais Pickup sans prévenir, ni dans quel relais ils avaient livré. 4 j a chercher car personne ne répondait chez DPD. Retrouver par hasard. Une honte ! Ne plus utiliser cette entreprise de livraison. Pas propre, à un prix plus cher qu’un neuf sous peu qu’on trouve cet ancien modèle. Très déçus de mon expérience, heureusement, retour assez facile à établir et remboursement fait assez rapidement.
