Smart Keyboard Folio (iPad not included) (2018) - AZERTY - French - iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd gen

The condition was really bad, stickers peeled off in a hurry with the case still sticking to my hands. I sent it back and was refunded but hey, waste of time. Poor reconditioning.

The keyboard was not cleaned: I had to clean traces of dried liquid deposits on the keyboard with alcohol!!!!! The "correct" state of the keyboard does not mean dirty! The keyboard had traces of use from the previous owner, which I could have done without! I thought, wrongly it seems, that Black Market supplied equipment that had been checked and cleaned! I don't think I'll be doing any more business with your site.

The keyboard is in very good condition and works perfectly. Thank you very much!

Once again, a fast delivery and the item is exactly what I expected.

I ordered a keyboard for my IPad Pro 12.9" and received one for my IPad 11". On the invoice for the keyboard it says that it is a keyboard for an IPad 12.9" but inside the package it is unfortunately not a keyboard for an IPad 12.9" but for an 11". I would like to return it to get my money back but it's very complicated and I can't figure out how to get my money back.
