iPod touch 7 128GB - Space Gray

It arrived in good time and was perfect. No marks or scratches. I had to update it before I could sign in which was a bit confusing, but I got there!

The product is of very good quality. Without a scratch, impeccable and as good as new. The price is great. It arrived on time. The only downside, the way it was wrapped, just a little plastic wrap. As it is a fragile item, I would have taken more care with the packaging. Otherwise, all very well.

The product is advertised as new and yet I'm having enormous difficulty getting iTunes to work properly. It's a real pain to launch a song, change it, etc. I haven't yet taken any photos or played around with all the controls. The model ordered did not have the specified capacity. The product delivered therefore did not correspond to the description and the discount offered seems low to me. Product sent from the UK, so we had to pay customs duties which were then refunded. The ipod was delivered with a very damaged protective film. We still haven't been able to test the ipod as it was delivered to us unloaded and, above all, WITHOUT A CHARGER. Very responsive after-sales service, but rather disappointed
