After the first order was out of stock, the second was 5% cheaper. Very good device with 100% battery capacity and hardly any signs of use. Any time again!

Excellent product, excellent packaging, couldn't be better, looks like new even the battery. I only had to go to the DHL delivery centre... fortunately nothing serious, but there are people with reduced mobility that this could upset them a lot.

I have used this service for the first time to buy a mobile phone for my mother as a gift. The order arrived exactly when I was promised and packed as if it was brand new. Unfortunately, after only a month and a half of use the phone suddenly didn't work again. I had to send the phone back to BackMarket and they were able to send it back to me without any problems. When they took a good look it turned out that it could not be fixed, but as it was still under warranty I got my money back. The service was excellent and I would use it again.
